No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This No Refund & No Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on https://myvcard.click/ (“Website”) for Digital Visiting Cards, Mini Websites, WhatsApp Store setups, and any related digital services (“Services”) offered by MyVcard.​

By placing an order, making a payment, or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.​

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 All payments made for our Services are final and non-refundable, as the work involves customized digital design, configuration, and setup that cannot be returned once started or delivered.​

2.2 No refunds will be issued in the following (illustrative) cases:

  • Change of mind or business decision after purchase.
  • Non-use of the digital card/mini website/WhatsApp store after activation.
  • Delay in providing content (text, photos, logo, product details) from your side.
  • Issues arising from your device, internet connection, or third-party apps/platforms (including WhatsApp).​

2.3 In the event of any failed or duplicate electronic transaction (for example, amount debited but order not created), any refund due will be processed as per payment gateway/RBI rules within a reasonable period, and such technical refunds are not affected by this Policy.​

3. No Cancellation Policy

3.1 Once an order is placed and payment is completed, no cancellation requests will be accepted for any reason, because work on your custom digital service may start immediately.​

3.2 No cancellation is allowed after:

  • You submit your content and details for creating the Digital Visiting Card, Mini Website, or WhatsApp Store; or
  • We have shared any draft, preview link, or demo design with you.​

3.3 If you stop using the Services voluntarily or fail to provide content on time, it will not be treated as a cancellation by the Company, and no refund or credit will be provided.​

4. Modifications and Corrections

4.1 Reasonable minor changes (like text corrections, color changes, or small layout adjustments) within the agreed revision limit may be accommodated as part of the service, but they do not entitle you to any refund or cancellation.​

4.2 Any additional changes or redesigns beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable as per the then-current pricing.​

5. Service Issues and Support

5.1 If you face any technical issue with access, hosting, or display of your card/mini website/WhatsApp store, you must report it to our support team, and we will attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time.​

5.2 Resolution of technical issues through support or reconfiguration does not qualify as a ground for refund, reversal, or cancellation under this Policy.​

6. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights

6.1 This Policy is subject to applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020; nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict any mandatory rights you may have under such laws.​

6.2 Any disputes regarding payments, refunds for failed transactions, or service deficiency will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the governing law and jurisdiction specified therein.​

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this No Refund & No Cancellation Policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date, and continued use of our Services will be treated as acceptance of the updated Policy.​
